THE PROGRAM ASSISTANT (PA) ROLE AND WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO BOOSTERTHON:

Boosterthon is growing at double-digit rates each year. To keep up with that tremendous growth rate and make sure our schools are getting the best experience possible, we need enthusiastic, positive, and driven people to work on our team. As a Program Assistant, you'll be the face of the Boosterthon program on school campuses! You'll directly impact students and help raise much-needed funds for education. You'll continually display professionalism, intentionality, and positive energy to serve schools with remarkable client care.

This is an ideal part-time job in college or first job out of college for someone who wants to play an important role in a growing company and learn the ropes on a variety of skills. In this role, you’ll receive coaching and mentoring to help you succeed, and you'll have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

WE'LL TEACH YOU:

• Everything you’ll need to set up and execute a remarkable fundraising program.
• How to use a variety of cutting-edge fundraising tools and communication skills to motivate students.
• How to develop and grow client relationships.
• How to manage client expectations and drive their success.
• How to work with and lead other team members.
• How to become a meaningful contributor to the larger goals our whole team is striving to achieve.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Presenting values-based curriculum to students in schools daily.
• Setting up and hosting our premier fitness event, the Boosterthon Fun Run.
• Motivating students to raise funds for their school.
• Engaging with teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Learning and understanding our business models and principles.
• Participating in our professional, leader development program. Being a part of a team who models Fitness, Leadership, and Character to others.

• You pass all required background checks for this position.
