We are in search of a Learning & Event Technology Specialist (LETS) to join our Technology Experience & Community group. The focus of the LETS team is on consistently providing best in class AV/IT support to our technology client community of faculty, staff, and students. The Learning & Event Technology Specialist will be an energetic, self-directed, motivated, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The individual in this role will operate, install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and provide intermediate level support for a wide variety of established and emerging AV/IT technology and services, including computers, livestreams and classroom technology systems on the Charles River Campus and Fenway campus. This position will provide support for live meetings and events and support of classroom technology systems in support of BU's primary teaching and learning mission. Please note that this is a fully onsite position and is likely to entail working occasional and/or scheduled evening, weekend and/or holiday hours, as needed.
