WBUR's department of Finance and Administration is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst is a crucial member of the WBUR finance team, responsible for all parts of the financial planning and analysis process, including the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgeted, forecasted, actuals, variances analysis and special projects as they arise. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Administration, the incumbent is expected to have significant expertise with current financial principles and technologies including but not limited to SAP and exceptional Microsoft Excel skills as well as some familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. This position is expected to develop the skills to be a subject matter expert on all aspects of WBUR's financial performance to drive success to its goals. The ideal candidate will possess the business acumen to understand the importance of simplifying complex financial information into clear and concise exhibits to drive WBUR's awareness and decisions.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required. At least 10 years of related work experience required.
