Associate or Full Professor in Clinical Psychology, Psychological & Brain Sciences, College of Arts & Sciences
Responsible for the support of the administrative & cycle count duties of the total department. This candidate must be well-organized, a team player and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Safely Operate a PIVs (powered industrial vehicles). Use various tools and necessary forms to document material movements, inspections and inventory adjustments. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas of responsibility and report any safety or equipment or material related issues needing attention to your superior. Must not be afraid of heights as the employee will be over 20 feet in the air wearing fall protection
Required Skills
· Use a hand held RF scanner to manage and maintain inventory, material movements and transfer orders including inventory verification and cycle counts
· Understand systems and processes of all internal operations & the dynamics of all material movement within the facility
· Accurately identify product and packaging dynamics
· Identify conditions within the facility that are contributing to inventory inaccuracies
· Identify mistakes/inconsistencies that may affect the overall accuracy of the inventory and report findings to supervisor
· File all documents in the correct locations
· Maintain FIFO rotation of materials
· Follow GMP’s, PPE, Safety and Quality, Warehouse policies and procedures including maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse equipment and work/personal areas of the warehouse and facility
· Report any safety, operational or equipment or material issues
· Be able to complete necessary documentation in English
· Other duties as assigned

· Must be able to work in hot or cold and damp refrigerated (< 40 degrees F) and freezer (< Zero degrees F) environments.
· Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience
• Prior experience in inventories of a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge/understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
• 2 years of experience operating Material Handling Equipment, experience on a scissor lift is a plus
