SENIOR ACCOUNTS ANALYST, College of Arts & Sciences, Biology
Boston University's Department of Biology seeks a Sr Accounts Analyst to join the Operations team. This position will support the Business Manager and Financial Administrator with the day to day financial operations on unrestricted and restricted accounts. Provide primary support to faculty and research staff for post award. Applicants applying to this position must be organized, detail oriented and a team player. BU Financial Systems knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time, 12-month position. The ideal candidate will have excellent initiative, leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and must be able to function independently and manage complex and confidential materials with discretion. The ability to self-prioritize and to motivate others in order to ensure progress daily across multiple deadlines is critical. The candidate will demonstrate familiarity with or the willingness to learn the detailed guidelines for grants and administration. The Biology department is a large, collaborative and dynamic environment that values diversity and inclusion.
