  • Responsibilities

    As a Research Applications Developer the primary responsibilities include development of data quality control and processing pipelines for data collected at the Framingham Heart Study and other external research sites. These data include digital voice, imaging (brain MRIs, PET scans), digital pen, transcriptions, and other digital data. These pipelines will be focused on processing and preparing the data for analyses that will identify risk factors in cognitive aging and dementia. This position requires advanced programming skills for data processing and management, special attention to data provenance, and familiarity with version-control systems. The incumbent is also expected to be proficient in scripting for file and text manipulation as required for common data management tasks.

    Required Skills

    •Bachelor's degree required.
    •Programming experience required.
    •Python proficiency is highly preferred.
    •1-2 years of experience
