Boston University’s Faculty & Staff Assistance Office (FSAO) is dedicated to providing inclusive and compassionate employee assistance services to BU faculty and staff and their household family members. We are seeking a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing high-quality clinical care to individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences. The Employee Assistance Counselor provides employee assistance services to promote the resilience and well-being of Boston University faculty, staff, and their household family members. Services include direct clinical care, consultation and training to the organization, development of program promotion activities, and establishment of community linkages and a provider referral network. Services are provided on BU’s Charles River and Medical campuses with the option of some remote work. The position reports to the Director of the Faculty & Staff Assistance Office.
