  • Responsibilities

    WBUR's Morning Edition is looking for an Associate Producer to join our morning news magazine show team. The Associate Producer works with the local newscast team to write stories for our Morning Edition and midday newscasts, research story ideas, conduct and edit interviews, and assist in general news production. The Associate Producer can thrive and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines in early morning hours with a solid team. This person has previous broadcast newswriting experience and is ideally familiar with Greater Boston news. This person is eager to stay on top of the day's news and work towards forwarding stories for WBUR's on-air presence.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
    • At least three years of experience required.
