  • Responsibilities

    The Finance and Operations position will create and manage operating systems to heighten office efficiency primarily related to the administrative operations of the COVID Collection Sites Organization. The incumbent will manage the Back2BU – Healthway operations SharePoint Site with all Back2BU documents (employee letters), employee data sheets (BU, Terrier Temp, Students), provide administrative and analytical support, and logistics and project support. Through this work we are able to audit employment, ensuring that onboarding/offboarding happens in a timely fashion. This will include working with confidential information. This position will also coordinate with central University offices including IT, Facilities, Space Planning, Telecom, etc. and will also work on auditing the phone assignments and be the building Coordinator.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    60% Manage the SharePoint Site with all Back2BU documents (employee letters), employee data sheets (BU, Terrier Temp, Students). In addition, the role will manage and update employee data sheets on the Collection Site SharePoint site for the Directors.

     

    15% This position will also work on auditing the phone assignments at 43 Hawes with IT.

     

    15% This position will also become the Building Coordinator at 43 Hawes

     

    10% Work with the Finance and Operations staff on submitting orders for the current organization of approximately 250 staff.

    Required Skills

    • Experience in data analytics, data reporting and database management.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and changing demands.
    • Excellent communication, verbal, written and organizational skills.
    • The position will require a hybrid work schedule with remote and in-person work.

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years' experience required.
