  • Responsibilities

    The Senior Academic Program Administrator provides administrative support and advising for online student throughout their life cycle at BU MET Computer Science. Leads activities to promote student retention through active, ongoing communication with students as well as initiatives to promote student engagement with the Department and peers such as through social/academic/career events. Further responsibilities include providing administrative support to faculty for their advising functions as well as collaborating with other departments such as the Office of Distance Education to ensure the best possible student experience. Performs additional department tasks and initiatives as required and engages with Alumni and on campus students as needed.

    Required Skills

     

    A cover letter is required for consideration.

     

    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
    • 5-8 years administrative experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
