  • Responsibilities

    Provide logistical support to all graduate student organization and the MBA Center in the Questrom School of Business. Administer club financials and work with organizations to support their needs. Serve as office manager for the MBA Center and maintain budgets and records. Work with MBA Center team to provide assistance for major events and in the development of new initiatives, and general office support on an as-needed basis. This position is a 35-hour per week role.

    Required Skills

    Two years of college or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to comfortably work on multiple digital platforms are essential. One to three years of experience, preferably in higher education.
