About the Role
Boston University’s Center for Career Development (CCD) seeks a Career Counselor. A member of the Career Education team at the Center for Career Development, the Career Counselor supports the career development of undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni through individual appointments and program delivery.
The Career Counselor works closely with the CCD’s Career Education team, as well as other members of the CCD team. This role also develops and maintains relationships with assigned campus partners, including academic departments and other student-facing offices. This role reports to the Associate Director of the CCD.

The Center for Career Development (CCD), which serves all undergraduate and graduate students, is part of the Enrollment & Student Administration unit (ENSA). The CCD’s services and resources are designed to assist students and alumni in making intentional decisions about their professional futures, building purposeful lives, and pursuing their career goals while adapting to a changing world.

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. We are seeking a candidate who:
A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is preferred, but not required for consideration.
Final candidates will be expected to deliver a presentation as a component of the interview process.
