Join the growing HR Analytics team! This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the field of HR analytics. Working as part of a 3-person team you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) data while compiling, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting data from a variety of HR systems.
• Ensure data integrity through the creation and maintenance of audits, working with teams across HR to correct bad data.
• Learn Power BI while thoroughly testing all interactive dashboards to ensure full functionality upon release, checking and identifying problems with data output, and providing feedback on visualizations and language.
• Work with departments across HR as well as external partners.
• Create and maintain documentation of data practices, guidelines, reporting definitions, etc.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in human resources and/or a data heavy position
• Experience analyzing data in MS Excel utilizing formulas, Pivot tables, and Pivot charts
• Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

• Understanding of HR practices and/or ERP systems
• Experience creating thorough documentation
• Experience working with confidential data
