FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR, AUX Events & Conferences
Events & Conferences is a division of Auxiliary Services responsible for the coordination of University-wide events, room scheduling of University events, management of the summer conference operations, management of a campus arts venue, and the coordination of non-University conferences and events throughout the year. Our mission is to support the academic enterprise of a vibrant research institution by providing comprehensive service and event planning resources at an exceptional value to campus departments and external clients. We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance & Administration, this position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of business and administrative activities for the department.
