SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, ONLINE MBA, Questrom School of Business, Graduate Admissions
Under the supervision of the Director of Online MBA Admissions in the Graduate Admissions Office (GAO), this staff member oversees application processing for the Online MBA program. This includes all back-office operations and logistics for admission to the Online MBA program, and coordination of customer service tasks with a Program Coordinator and two other Senior Program Coordinators in the GAO. This is a 35-hour per week role.

Associate's Degree, B.S./B.A. preferred, strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and one to three years of experience in fast-paced customer service environment. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
