  • Responsibilities

    This role is responsible for the continued maintenance, testing, upgrades, technical and client support of the PHX/SPH LMS (ed tech) systems and web based training sites. With a focus on ensuring all learning platforms are functioning at the highest level and continually brought up to date (plug-in updates, upgrades. etc.), the Digital Media Specialist is in communication with the Office of Lifelong Learning staff, the BU Ed Technology team, external vendors and others who provide the expertise on program content and learning platform performance. They are also the primary support to the OLL team on accessibility for all programs, testing of sites (internally and with clients), and the first line of contact for all internal/external clients on program technical support and resolving issues.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of work experience.
