    PATH is currently recruiting for a PROGRAM ASSOCIATE, based in Hanoi to provide programmatic support to the implementation of several projects.

     

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:

     

     

    • Provide support and coordinate trainings / meetings / workshops / events on PrEP, HIV-related services, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and other topics related to the USAID/PATH Healthy Markets (HM)

    • Take notes at trainings, meetings and workshops and prepare/distribute timely minutes.

    • Initial support to develop training materials, program reports, documentary results/achievements/lessons learned of Healthy Markets.

    • Assist in interpretation and translation of project documents and materials, and formatting of documents and presentations.

    • Provide support to team leaders and program staff in the implementation and monitoring of project activities, initial reviewing regular reports of project partners.

    • Support to coordinate and implement CQI activities at partner clinics.

    • Organize, assemble, and distribute reports, communication and advocacy materials and other documents.

    • Support Marketing and Behavior Change communication activities.

    • Others as discussed and agreed.

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    • Bachelor degree with minimum 01 to 03 year of relevant work experiences.

    • Working experiences in international non-governmental organizations (INGO) or in public health programs would be an advantage.

    • Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Excellent organizational skills.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

    • Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese and English.

    • Willingness and ability to travel within Vietnam (around 15% of time)

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years related experience working on global HR issues across Americas, EMEA and Asia.
    • Must be results-oriented with a strong customer service orientation and ability to operate at all levels of an organization in a highly complex environment.
    • Desire and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and demonstrated ability to harmonize processes, policies, programs and HR best practices.
    • In-depth experience in Employee Relations and at least one other specialized HR area. Experience with SAP (or similar Enterprise Resource system) strongly preferred.
