    OUR MISSION

We in Boston University Development & Alumni Relations (DAR) harness the power of philanthropy to make an excellent education accessible and welcoming to all, and to advance BU’s global leadership in research, scholarship, artistic creation, and professional practice. To support our work, we have built—and are continuing to build—an outstanding team of dynamic, mission-driven advancement professionals who constantly strive to create an environment where everyone belongs. Where it’s not just a job, but a career and a community.

Now, our FOUNDATION RELATIONS team is looking for a SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE who will support the fundraising activities of Foundation Relations team members, particularly on the Charles River Campus.

    FOUNDATIONS RELATIONS AT BOSTON UNIVERSITY

Supporting Boston University offers foundations the opportunity to invest strategically in research, scholarship, education, and service programs that change the world. As one of the largest private universities in the country and a leading global research and teaching institution, BU is uniquely poised to use foundation gifts wisely and well on a wide range of projects—from scholarly and scientific research, to scholarships, buildings, and community outreach. Many foundations take advantage of this opportunity, with wonderful results. Private philanthropic foundations support a huge range of Boston University projects and programs. Each foundation meets various philanthropic objectives, and at the same time makes incredible research and learning happen.
