  • Responsibilities

    Provide executive and secretarial support to the Associate Vice President of Facilities Management & Planning and the Assistant Vice President for Construction and Campus Planning, to assist in the day to day operation of the Charles River Campus which consists of over 10 million square feet. Duties may include document preparation, meeting coordination and scheduling, and general office administration, using considerable independent judgment in making decisions. Key components are to assist the Associate Vice President in maintaining a balanced budget for all units and projects including a disciplined budget forecast; and working with highly confidential and sensitive information.

    Required Skills

    Associate's, Technical, or Vocational Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to five years of experience required.
