  • Responsibilities

    Manage, under the supervision of the Director, the financial operations of the Mechanical Engineering Department, its research programs, and facilities. Oversee spending and recovery for the departmental budget, start-up accounts, and research grants. Establish and maintain fiscal responsibility in purchasing, travel, and payroll procedures. Assist the Director and Chairman in the preparation of the annual budget.

    Required Skills

    Masters degree preferred, B.A./B.S. required. Advanced knowledge of excel and financial reporting. Grant administration experience preferred- minimum 3 years of experience related grants pre- and post-award.
