  • Responsibilities

    The clinical operations manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the Skin Path Lab (SPL). This includes supervision of the dedicated and ad hoc staff ensuring the accuracy and turnaround timeframes are being met on a consistent basis.

    Other responsibilities include:

    1. Primary liaison with the clients of SPL ensuring both quality and turnaround standards are achieved.
    2. Vendor management and monitoring service levels
    3. Ensuring SPL compliance with DPH, licensure entities and certification requirements, including managing inspections and mitigation tasks.
    4. New client set up and training
    5. Monitoring lab supply inventory and purchasing Patient information storage and retrieval
    6. Patient billing exceptions
    7. Maintaining operating procedures and protocol manuals.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of directly related experience.
