  • Responsibilities

    The Lung Pre-Cancer Genome Atlas (PCGA) group seeks a skilled and motivated person to perform research on gene mutations that contribute to the progression of lung squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The project involves development of cell lines with specific gene alterations using viral and CRISPR/CAS9 techniques and biological/molecular characterization of the cell lines.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field
    • Technical support in cell culture and wet lab molecular biology experiments
    • Lab maintenance and reagent preparation
