  • Responsibilities

    The User Experience Designer works closely with Development, Creative and Account Services teams to produce detailed plans that provide the basis for user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products presented to clients. Inter-departmental communication and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with graphic designers, strategists, and production team to create user experience flows for interactive applications including web sites and applications
    • Guides in the planning of new projects to ensure features will adequately meet the users and client goals
    • Collaborate with UX Researcher to capture and synthesize insights from the field to ideate, prototype and deliver designs to development teams to make them a reality
    • Provide consultation to visual designers and developers to ensure defined UX-planning is executed
    • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, agency employees, and vendors
    • Apply, evangelize, and train others in best practices for user-centered design
    • Stay current with core web development technology trends, capabilities, and limitations

    Required Skills

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • 2+ years creating user experience wireframes and prototypes
    • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Web standards, technologies, and terminology
    • Solid understanding of interaction design principles
    • Experience working with Sketch, InVision, and other industry standard wireframing tools
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
