The Program Manager is accountable for delivering to committed scope, on-time and within budget, represents IS&T to business stakeholders, and acts as the IS&T relationship manager to one or more clients. The Program Manager acts as a leader in defining and improving processes in the PMO and by demonstrating use of these processes and providing mentoring to other project managers. The Program Manager has direct supervision responsibility for employees and will hire, manage, and develop program management, project management and business analysis employees who are integral to the delivery of the Program Manager's projects. The Program Manager will also manage the strategic level relationship between IS&T and key University departments. Hybrid work options are available.
