Reporting to the Director of Graduate Enrollment, the Enrollment Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a critical in recruiting and enrolling new graduate students at Sargent College. Through management of Sargent’s CRM software (Liaison’s Enrollment Marketing Platform), this individual will work collaboratively with the Director of Graduate Enrollment on the development of an engaging communication plan for every stage of the graduate recruitment process, the promotion all graduate recruitment events, and data analysis of key performance indicators. The Enrollment Marketing and Communications Specialist will serve as a first point of contact for graduate admissions-related inquiries at Sargent College, while also collaborating extensively with faculty and staff across degree programs to ensure a high level of engagement with prospective students and applicants. The individual in this position will also contribute to admissions operations and process management.

Required Skills

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Prior work experience in graduate student recruitment or marketing is a plus. A master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to deliver quality customer service. Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM management, project management, and data reporting/analysis is a plus. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adaptable, a good communicator, and an excellent writer.
