  • Responsibilities

    The Director of MBA Career Management directs all career management initiatives related to students in the full time, executive and professional evening MBA programs in the Questrom School of Business. This individual supervises and directs the MBA program career coaches and career coaching program, develops workshop and curricular strategies, and develops innovative methods to engage the MBA student population for the purpose of career development. In addition, this individual works in partnership with the MBA Center to deliver a comprehensive student academic and career experience. This individual plays a critical role in delivering industry leading services to maintain high levels of student satisfaction. In addition, the Director of MBA Career Management coaches MBA students on career related topics such as exploration, resumes, mock interview, search strategies, and more.

    B.A./B.S., Masters Degree strongly preferred, knowledge of industry-standard tools and assessments as they relate to career development, must have prior supervision experience, be able to drive innovative thinking, knowledge of Symplicity or other career-related software is preferred and a minimum of five to eight years of experience in career coaching or counseling.
