    The PDPA seeks a Director of Postdoctoral Affairs to support all aspects of postdoctoral affairs, including professional development, career advising, survey collection and data management, communications, resources and benefits, and operations. The Director will be a critical leader in the professional development support offered by PDPA, facilitating professional development workshops and Postdoc Academy learning communities. They will also develop grant writing and proposal development resources to assist postdocs in getting funding, and offer career advising support. The Director will collaborate with the postdoctoral association to organize social and community-driven events for postdocs across all of our campuses. This role also directs our postdoctoral appointment, onboarding, and benefits processes. The Director maintains a data dashboard that tracks our current postdoctoral population, their engagement in our programs and services, and will develop and contribute to our ongoing office communications (e.g. newsletters, annual report).
