DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION, Metropolitan College, Computer Science
Direct all daily administrative operations of the Computer Science Department's degree and certificate programs for Metropolitan College (MET) to ensure smooth operations of the Department that align with the strategic goals of MET College.
This role works closely with the Chairman to facilitate the strategic recruitment, appointment and staffing of faculty and facilitators. As the Departments key liaison, this position is responsible for growing and maintaining a network of relationships with full and part time faculty and online facilitators by providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful operation.
Additionally, this position is responsible for leading the front office staff and working closely with related departments to devise and implement strategic measures for enrollment management of students in the online and on campus programs.
