    SUMMARY:  This role is responsible for development, coding and maintaining documents using criteria and rule-based structures. You will actively participate on project teams providing input and deliverables to meet project goals and timelines. You will Audit documents produced by team members for accuracy. Work on systems including GroupStar rating system and Sales CRM to ensure data is maintained, security access is correct and provide reporting on sales data. Develop training manuals for the department and train individuals.   

     

     RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     

    • Develop, code, and maintain documents using criteria and rules to implement product variability. Determine repeating elements in documents, whether text or data. Create coding development and coder test plans prior to development of forms in document system(s). Participate in project teams providing input and opinions on document requirements.

    • Communicate with sales distribution partners and internal departments. Triage concerns with the rating and CRM systems. Work to resolve issues and reaches out to IT to assist where needed. Ensures timely response from IT and other business partners in order to facilitate uninterrupted sales opportunities. Enter CRM records ensuring database relationships are maintained. Monitor and maintain CRM and rating system security to minimize security issues.

    • Create and execute test plans for documents, GroupStar and CRM. Will review business requirements to determine impact of changes and then develop and execute appropriate test plans. Ensure criteria and rules meet business requirements to eliminate errors and potential risks. Ensure MIDS DB2 tables are populated accurately by following product and benefit selection rules.

    •  Other duties as needed/assigned.

      

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with technical systems and/or document management required.
    • BA or BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and make recommendations for technical procedures and/or state-mandated regulations.
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a positive and effective manner, with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural documentation.
    • Project management skills required.
    • Demonstrated PC familiarity and experience with SAS, Excel or Access preferred.

    Bachelor's degree. Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required. Previous research experience preferred but not required. Position requires periodic evening and weekend hours.
