    Position Overview: Our IT team is growing and is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer. We have deployed MS Dynamics to our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions across multiple lines of business. We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics professional who is highly skilled, creative, passionate about technology and driven by achieving excellence.

    This is a hybrid position.

    Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:

    • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ONLINE) and Power Platform development and administration
    • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices
    • Understanding of SDLC and ALM
    • Source code management experience
    • Experience working in Azure DevOps or JIRA boards
    • Collaborate with the users to understand their business requirements and identify areas where Dynamics can be used to improve their business processes
    • Experience developing, customizing, and extending Dynamics applications to meet Trustmark business needs
    • Provide technical and functional support to business users
    • Work closely with the business users to ensure successful resolution of their incidents and service requests
    • Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
    • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics technologies
    • Preferred knowledge in the Insurance industry
    • Familiarity with Azure or AWS
    • Proficient writing fetchXML and ODATA query statements for Dynamics Data
    • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
    • Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience
    • Strong technical writing ability
    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
    • Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Qualifications:

    • Strong intellectual curiosity
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics application development and implementation
    • Strong understanding of Dynamics technologies and experience with customization and extension of the application
    • Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and SQL Server development
    • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform Cloud Flow development
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, etc.
    • Experience with various data sources, integration mechanisms, and security and best practices for them within Dynamics 365 and the related Microsoft Azure technologies.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps for source code management and CI/CD pipelines
    • Familiarity with Agile framework
    • Related Microsoft certifications preferred (or a willingness to pursue those certifications)

  • Qualifications
    • BS, in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or other quantitative discipline with 1-3 years of experience; Master's preferred
    • Programming and scripting skills in R and Python/Perl
    • Statistical analysis skills preferred but not required.
    • Familiar with NGS genomic data analysis including RNA-seq, regulatory expression networks, etc.
    • Familiar with GWAS study preferred, but not required
    • Training in machine learning, statistical modeling a plus, but not required
    • Knowledge in RNA, non-coding RNA a plus, but not required
    • Three years relevant work or graduate education experience in Linux/Unix environment.
    • Team oriented with abilities to think creatively and work independently.
    • Some biology backgrounds
    • Skill of technique writing
    • Motivation for team work and sufficient communication skills
