  • Responsibilities

    This individual will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the FOF, GOF and KBD Division along with providing assistance in tracking product costing information as necessary. 

    MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    (Essential duties for which this position is responsible.)

     

    • Prepare daily production reports.
    • Review and track discrepancies in daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting.
    • Become familiar with department process orders in SAP.
    • Track raw materials and finished product inventories.
    • File production reports, employee data, and customer information.
    • Assist with weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
    • Monitor activity in “PRD” and “PROD” and investigate unusual activity or stale dated items.
    • Provide weekly operating reports to Division Manager, Operations Managers and Supervisors.
    • Assist with locating and providing information for product recalls.
    • Create and update production related forms as necessary.
    • Perform analysis and report on unusual items in the daily production reports.
    • Check and close process orders as needed
    • OEE tracking, efficiencies and yields for Wednesday meeting (Rubens reports)
    • Do weekly variance reports that Becky is currently doing
    • Learn bacon clerk job as well as Leslie and Jenny’s job duties for vacation relief
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Required Skills

    High School Diploma required.

    Previous clerical experience within a manufacturing environment.

    Knowledge of Excel required along with good PC and math skills.

    Experience with SAP is beneficial.

    Excellent communication skills.

  • Qualifications
