ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS, BU Parking & Transportation Services
The Assistant Director of Operations for Transportation Services (TS) is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and maintenance of all Charles River Campus (CRC) and Boston University Medical Campus (BUMC) parking and shuttle bus services. In the absence of the Director, the Assistant Director of Operations would assume the responsibilities thereof.
Transportation Services provides mobility options for the BU community, including shuttle, transit, bicycle, and parking services and is part of the University’s Auxiliary Services division.
Touching nearly every aspect of University life, Auxiliary Services supports the University’s mission and quality of campus life by enhancing the living and learning experience for our diverse student population. Whether it’s shopping for course books and BU swag, grabbing dinner at Warren Towers, or taking a ride on the BU Shuttle, Auxiliary Services is a daily part of the student experience.

Required Skills
BS/BA required with 3-5 years of direct experience, including 2+ years of management experience or equivalent.
