  • Responsibilities

    The Earl Center for Learning & Innovation seeks a highly experienced educational design professional with demonstrated expertise in interdisciplinary educational design in formal and informal educational settings, collaborative pedagogies, and community engagement who can assume responsibility for ideating, designing, developing and sustaining a variety of educational programming at the Earl Center. As a senior educational designer, this person will also be responsible for managing initiatives across research teams, supervising students who are involved with Center initiatives, overseeing and supporting the engagement of community partners, and proactively identifying and creatively addressing complex conceptual, technical, pedagogical, material, social or organizational problems as they arise in and across Center programs. The nature of the position calls for a professional educational designer who enjoys and excels at working both independently and collaboratively to realize the Centers vision and mission.

    Required Skills

    Master's degree in education or related field. 8 to 10 years of experience as an interdisciplinary educational designer-educator in formal educational spaces.
