DIVERSITY EDUCATION & TRAINING MANAGER, Office of the Associate Provost for Community and Inclusion
Three (3) Diversity Education & Training Managers will be hired.
The Diversity Education & Training Managers will collectively constitute a new diversity education team at Boston University (BU). This diversity education team is a joint initiative between BU Diversity & Inclusion (BU D&I) in the Office of the Provost and Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) in Human Resources. This specialized team will work collectively to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion at BU by developing, delivering, and scaling training and programs that meet the learning needs of faculty, staff, and students across the university. As such, BU D&I and OD&L will hire three mission-driven managers who thrive on collaboration and share a deep commitment to creating a culture of inclusion, equity, and belonging across a large university.
Because the role of Diversity Education & Training Manager is a people-facing role, these will be primarily on-site positions with the potential for some flexibility.
