  • Responsibilities

    The Training Manager oversees work relating to the delivery and facilitation of workforce development training and assures innovation in training delivery. Working across all externally funded training programs, the training manager (1) ensures the quality of educational technology products which range from single (one day) sessions to multiple (weeks/months) programs and use a variety of modalities (2) pilots new training approaches in order to reduce obstacles to accessing training resources and increase engagement with our training audiences, and (3) provides instruction to other staff, faculty, and subject matter experts in course delivery and use of technology. In addition the Training Manager will contribute to the development of trainings and educational media (E.g, live, archived, online, and blended) on emerging public health issues, topics of importance to our training audiences, and support Principal Investigators and Program Managers in data collection, evaluation, communications with stakeholders, and audience outreach.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
