ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, SPECIALIZED MASTERS, Questrom School of Business, Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid
Reporting to the Associate Director, MS Programs, the Assistant Director, Specialized Masters will manage key components of the Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office's (GAFAO) specialized masters admissions portfolio. This role will manage the recruitment and admission process for the Master of Science in Mathematical Finance & Financial Technology (MSMFT) program, assist in the management of admission for the Master of Science in Management Studies (MSMS) and the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programs, and ensure the admissions process is complete, timely, and organized for all programs. The person in this role will also represent Questrom at MBA Fairs and other sponsored events, and will manage the ISSO process for all international students enrolling in Questrom School of Business graduate programs. The position requires evening and weekend work as well as domestic and international travel.

Required Skills
B.A./B.S., Masters Degree preferred, strong communication skills including public speaking, exceptional written and oral communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and one to three years of directly related experience, MBA or other graduate-level admissions experience preferred. Role will require some evening and weekend hours as well as domestic and international travel.
