  • Responsibilities

    The Dean's Office Events and Operations Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Dean's Office, working directly with the Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives and the Chief of Staff on the implementation of innovative projects that aim to promote the school's mission. Responsibilities include managing the Dean's Public Health Conversations and Community Events including Events Management, Data Management, and performing other special projects as assigned. Candidates for the position should have excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills and be superbly organized.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree required with 5-8 years of experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
    • Ability to work well with culturally diverse groups within an organization
    • Proven ability to perform duties with a high level of professionalism, flexibility, discretion, judgment, diplomacy and tact
    • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook Calendar, Adobe Suites, Google Suite
    • Potential evening or weekend time may be necessary several times a year to support special events
