  • Responsibilities

    This is a Research Assistant position. The primary function is to work on NIH funded research projects on systemic inflammation caused vascular damage, aging, and fatty liver diseases. We are searching for a motivated research assistant with a strong passion for life science research to join our research team. She/He must be a team player who has good work ethics. Research experiences in vascular and metabolic diseases and background of cellular and molecular biology, immunohistology, immunology, biochemistry and animal studies are preferred.

    A research Assistant position is available in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics and Whitaker Cardiovascular Institute, Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

    Our research focuses on understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the metabolic regulation of systemic inflammation that leads to vascular damage, aging, and fatty liver diseases.

    We are recruiting a motivated research assistant with a strong passion for life science research and a team player who has good work ethics to join the group.

    Research experiences in vascular and metabolic diseases and background of cellular and molecular biology, immunohistology, biochemistry and animal studies background are required.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience.
