  • Responsibilities

    The Center for Behavioral Science Research is hiring an research administrative assistant to support the functions of the center and its director. Expertise with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Candidates with prior experience working in a research environment and with reference libraries (such as Endnote) will be preferred. The role involves assisting with the preparation of scientific manuscripts and PowerPoint presentations, proofreading grant submissions, helping to manage the Centers grant portfolio, and general office tasks (e.g., ordering supplies, processing reimbursement, hiring, scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, updating website).

    Required Skills

    • 1-3 years' experience
    • Bachelor's degree required
