Business Admin & HR Summer Intern (Up to $16/hr)
Sunsational Swim School is a rapidly growing mobile swimming lesson provider with a team of over 2000 swim instructors that provide swim lessons at home and community pools across the US.
We are seeking a detail oriented, "multi-tasker" who is able to assist in the the organization and completion of daily administrative tasks.
Excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in business administration, HR, payroll processing, on-demand workforce management, and client billing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative, computer based tasks that require a high attention to detail
Client billing and payment processing
Contractor timesheet processing, HR & payroll assistance
Data entry & administrative assistant work
Administrative support for the recruitment/HR team
Be organized, detail-oriented, efficient, technology savvy
Excellent computer application, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a extremely fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and ability to work with little to no supervision, if needed.
Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Task-oriented, ability to accurately and quickly complete tasks and move them to completion.
Bachelor's degree or degree in progress preferred
