The successful applicant will be on a generous base and commission package with on-target-earnings of $100,000 pa.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for contacting prospective leads on the company’s database, attending face-to-face sales meetings with prospects, processing client orders and maintaining a sales pipeline.
As Business Development Manager you will be selling a product that has a 15 year track record in improving student and school performance and that has the highest level of brand recognition in the industry.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, be involved in the business on a strategic level, provide input into the direction of the company, have opportunities to pursue a career in our international offices and most importantly, gain valuable skills as the company continues to grow in the US and overseas.

The ideal candidate should:
Have a driver’s license, and be willing to travel across the US for 3-5 days per month
Have experience in sales
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and be a great people person
Have the ability to create rapport quickly

Be innovative, self-motivating and ambitious
Have exceptional time management and organizational skills
