The Opportunity:
Asa Business Development Representative,your primary responsibilities fall under two categories: generate new leads & manage the outside sales calendar. You build and manage a quarterly schedule to attend conferences, host Group Leader Loyalty nights, and local territory visits. You are responsible for both finding new Group Leaders and helping your teammates nurture and close these prospective travelers based on their needs and goals. This role requires domestic travel every quarter and attention to detail to execute this schedule. You will find great success here if you are self-driven and motivated by connecting with other people.
