    Happy to announce that we're currently hiring for Lead Generator/ Business Development Associate to work in Austin, Texas.

     

    THE ROLE:

     

    As a Business Development Associate, you will be joining a new team of motivated individuals responsible for generating new business for the FX Solutions sales team.  This team will be focused on selling our core products with a prime focus on Enterprise level risk management and payment opportunities.  You will be an integral part of this new business generation and the initial point of contact with any prospective customers.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual KPIs (key performance indicators) by initiating phone or email communication with potential customers that received marketing material generated by, but not limited to, webinars, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, or other outbound marketing channels.
    • Set appointments with a qualified prospect via phone, virtual or face to face meeting with a Business Development Executive or Director of Sales on the FX Solutions team.
    • Record activity and progress by updating the company’s CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Continuously attend training sessions to gain the knowledge and skills required to grow as a salesperson and advance your career within the AFEX organization

    Required Skills Required Experience

    REQUITED SKILLS:

     

    • Previous cold calling experience preferred in a face-paced environment. 
    • Knowledge of the FX or payments industry a plus. 
    • Desire to learn and understand the financial markets. 
    • Confidence and outgoing personality a must. 
    • The ability to communicate effectively with c-level executives of small, mid-sized and large corporations. 
    • Proven to be a leader and have a track record of success. 
    • Professional attitude and be able to work in a KPI driven environment.

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to organize, coordinate, assign, and oversee day-to-day activities of the LEC
    • Knowledge of study and learning techniques and strategies applicable to assigned subject matter(s) for students at varying levels of English and subject-matter proficiency
    • Knowledge of tutorial methods
    • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment including computers and applicable software programs
    • Skill in clear and effective communication, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of student files and records
    • Ability to maintain sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of university community members
    • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex and confidential student issues and situations
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with DBL staff, faculty, students, and the greater OCU community
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
