A tenure track faculty position in Management is available beginning Spring 2021. The faculty member will be expected to provide high quality education to both graduate and undergraduate students, in both the traditional classroom and electronic media settings. The targeted teaching load is 24 hours per academic year, excluding summers, averaging about 12 hours per semester. Published research is a requirement for retention, promotion, and tenure. Service to the school, university and external constituencies is also expected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

MBA or ABDs in Management from a regionally accredited university with a firm completion date will be considered. A successful candidate who has not completed the doctorate by Spring 2021 will be appointed at the rank of instructor. The candidate must have earned at least 18 graduate hours in Management and should be able to teach quantitative management and operations management courses.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate in Management from an AACSB accredited university by date of interview. Teaching experience at the university level and evidence of excellence in teaching. Evidence of scholarly research.

Commensurate with education and experience.
