This is an excellent learning opportunity for a student seeking a future career in advertising, graphic design and branding. The responsibilities of this position will include: * Prepare images for social media, blog posts and the Tepper website including infographics and other illustrative components, as well as uploading to the Extensis Portfolio photo library * Ability to capture photography of students and events around campus and in the new Tepper Quad building * Implementing new Tepper branding visual elements for internal staff, faculty and student swag and collateral * Design and layout spec creative for Tepper specific events utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign * Other projects as assigned Qualifications required: * Currently enrolled in college and studying visual communications, graphic design or a related field. * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects or Adobe Animate are a positive bonus. * Excellent computer knowledge on a Mac environment. * Positive attitude and ability to work well with others and as a member of a team. Beginning July 9, 2018 (some flexibility) and ending on September 28, 2018. Locations: Time split between 6 PPG Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 and CMUs Oakland campus. In mid-July, we will move to the new Tepper Quad in Oakland 5000 Forbes Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15213 on July 18. Hours: Standard hours for this position are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday Friday. However, the intern may be required to assist with events that require work during the evening and on weekends.
