Bio Records Specialist - University Advancement It is an exciting time

Universitys division of University Advancement is searching for a
Biographical Records Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for
someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment.
You will contribute to the department by providing essential support in
entering and maintaining information on individuals and organizations in
the database system, as well as assisting others in locating and
interpreting system data. _ _ Core responsibilities will include: *
Maintain address, occupation, and related data for all entities on the
system by utilizing established procedures and new system functionality
as it is made available. * Retrieve and process updates received through
the universitys and the business schools online alumni directories. *
Research demographic and corporate information related to data updates.
- Receive, sort, tally, and prioritize daily biographic updates. *
Compose correspondence concerning data inquiries. * Respond to telephone
inquiries and assist non-users in locating needed information. * Answer
phones, take messages, process incoming and outgoing mail, and make
copies. You should have excellent typing skills and the ability to
maintain accurate records. Adaptability, excellence, and passion are

**Qualifications: ** * High School diploma or equivalent combination of
training and experience required. * Minimum one year of experience in
data entry preferred; experience with Salesforce database highly
