To help support the work of the University, we have an immediate opening for a Business Analyst for the Information Technology Services Department.
Position Reports To: Manager of Administrative Systems
Position Summary: The Business Analyst solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, configuring computer systems, and recommending system controls and protocols. The Business Analyst will assist the Manager of Administrative Systems with supporting the administrative users of the University in their use of computer business systems, including but not limited to, CampusNexus Student, Ad ASTRA, Forms Builder, DocuSign, SchoolDocs, and Great Plains (Dynamics). The Business Analyst will be expected to identify opportunities within the University to improve processes and produce better business outcomes.
