Claros Solutions manages medical clinic facilities in the DFW and greater Houston area. If you have 510 years of experience with general accounting procedures and utilize QuickBooks (certification required) we would like to hear from you. You will be responsible for setting up the chart of accounts, establishing accounting procedures, day-to-day accounting, and finance requirements, classifying and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the organization are accurate. Accounts payable/receivable, bank deposits, reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts. Responsibilities include compiling data for statistical, cash flow, financial accounting or auditing report, monthly financial reports, experienced with Microsoft office and extensive knowledge of Excel. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as the company grows.
