    The Opportunity:
    Flywire is seeking a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-driven Client Success Specialist to support the delivery and execution of our solutions for new and existing Travel clients across the Americas region.

    We’re looking for a strong team player who is excited by growth, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the ongoing success and scalability of our Travel business unit.

    As a Client Success Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Travel sales team and leadership to implement strategies that drive client growth, improve retention, and increase revenue through upselling and optimization. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for enhancement, delivering timely and accurate support, and ensuring clients maximize the value of the Flywire payment platform.

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across a diverse and extensive portfolio of travel clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
    • Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimization: Design and execute customized client strategies aimed at maximizing payment volume and driving revenue growth through increased utilization and organic expansion.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Deliver insightful reporting and analytics to clients and internal stakeholders to support business decisions and highlight value-added opportunities.
    • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the broader team to enhance client onboarding processes and retention strategies through best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
    • Trusted Advisor: Act as the voice of the client internally and a strategic advisor externally, offering training, payment expertise, and feedback that informs product and process enhancements.
    • Product & Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on Flywire’s full suite of software and payment solutions, serving as a knowledgeable and ethical representative of the company in all client interactions.
    • Execution & Project Leadership: Drive results through strong project management skills, leading time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives with autonomy in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
    • Proven track record in inside sales, including handling customer objections and managing long-term client relationships
    • Business Spanish proficiency preferred
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Confident presenter with the ability to communicate value clearly and effectively
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
    • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000-$74,000 plus commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
