Job Description

Behavioral Aide, Grossmont Union High School District, Mod/Severe classrooms 30 hours per week (6 hr days) Billable Payrate: $22 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and working with a paraprofessional in contracting organization
• Timely communication with Club Xcite management staff and contracting organization
• Regularly scheduled check-ins, professional development sessions, and performance evaluations with members of the Club Xcite management team
• Timely submission of worked hours and availability in TutorCruncher

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, counseling, or related field with 2+ years experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional/social challenges
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity using online management platforms
• Strong communication in multiple mediums (in-person, email, etc.)
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion (required before providing client services)
• Compliance with district COVID-19 protocols
